Lohaghat Hotel – Uttarakhand is a project designed for a hospitality purpose in which accommodation, recreational and event facilities would be offered. This project comprises 34 guestrooms, banqueting hall, restaurant, gym/yoga facility, roof top restaurant, service facilities, and other necessary facilities required to run the hotel properly.


My Role: In this project, I was responsible for planning scheme development along with developing views of 3D visualization of the hotel. In this project, I had the opportunity to work in hospitality planning, planning of guestroom, planning of public facilities, and hospitality visualization.

The designing process was all about making an efficient hotel design with good movement, separation of guest and services areas, and balanced use of accommodations, food and beverages, events, and wellness sections. Moreover, there is emphasis on the creation of good architectural style of the building by using 3D visualization technique for the same purpose.
