Mr. Mehra Residence at Dehradun, Uttarakhand is a G+2 residential design project designed on a compact site area measuring 103.26 sqm. The residence consists of efficient living spaces distributed on various levels including a glass penthouse on the roof level which served as an important architectural element of the project.

My Role: My responsibility in this project was to carry out planning scheme preparation, drawings development, visualization of the building facades in 3D view and coordination of site level execution works. This project enabled me to learn about compact residential planning, drawings detailing, facade visualization, and coordination on-site.

The design approach in this project involved efficient utilization of space within a small plot area while maintaining functionality, comfort, and a modern look for a residence. The inclusion of a glass penthouse on the terrace level served as an architectural element of the building and added to its modern look.
