Residence of Mr. Ghildiyal at Dehradun, Uttarakhand is a residential project conceived on an area of 752.5 sqm. The residence has been conceptualized as a stilt + 2 floor structure with the stilt level for parking and services, and upper floors for residential use.

My Role: As part of my responsibility for the project, I was responsible for planning scheme preparation, creation of drawings, and coordination of site-level construction work. It gave me the opportunity to work on residential space planning, drawing preparation, parking level planning, and coordination between drawings and site-level requirements.

A design philosophy that has been adopted for designing the residence is to create a comfortable, usable and well-organized house with efficient utilization of space and circulation in the residence.
